I had 250 calories today...?

holy cow. that is definitely not bad. that's like a 8729385327th of the calories i have each day. and you don't need to exercise every day just most days. don't feel guilty! enjoy yourself a little. you'll be fine with the weight loss :) 250 is like. way way nothing. and try to give yourself a little credit. you wanna feel good about losing the weight. X
