RE: ACLU, Who needs their rights protected most, victims or criminal?

According the the ACLU... the criminal. Never mind how many people he killed, we need to find out why he did it and we need to fire the officer who arrested him because when the suspect pulled a knife on him his arm was broken while the cop subdued him.
