Dieting tips? Other than fat and calories.?
Hi :) One tip that is great is drinking 8 glasses of water a day! If you aren't already doing this you will lose weight in a week! Promise! Normally your body has to fight to keep every bit of water it can. But if you drink a lot of water then it realizes that you are getting enough water and you aren't going to die of thirst, so it releases more water and you become thinner. Plus drinking a lot of water keeps you feeling full and keeps you from snacking. The wonders of water. Water also helps hydrate your skin and makes your hair healthier. Hope this helped! :D
