Do you think Boost Mobile is adding the theft of Boost Mobile cell phones?

Personaly, I would contact an attorney or legal aid based on what you have stated. ID theft, is a very serious matter, and if you havent done so yet, it would be wise to check your credit to see if it has been breached as well. Especially if you had any type of personal info on the stolen phone. It does not surprise me at all how boost mobile has addressed this problem, for I had to assist in getting boost mobile to comply with a service agreement they would not honor. Just as you stated, horrific customer service, if you can call it that. I certainly would Not pay boost mobile another penny., and do look into your legal options, you may have reasons for a suit against them. And futhermore I would Not reccommend boostmobile to anyone. best of luck on resolving this..
