Okay I know that it's not gonna happen overnight, a week or a month or some people a year. And please remember I am new to "Low Carb".. I did weight watchers and lost about 25lbs and within the first week I felt a lil differnt as far as bloating as a huge one. But being on Low Carb and only doing it a week I feel nothing at all. Wondering if that is normal or am I doing something wrong. Being bloated REALLY is my biggest issue.. Thanks all in advance
