Why do supporters say it is a violation of human rights for illegal to receive a ticket for no license?

Wait, aren't they supposed to be deported after conviction of a felony? She will only receive probation and she can return to college so, just why do supporters think this is some violation of her rights. It seems to me and anybody else who can read that she was let off easy when she should have been on the first thing smokin back to wherever she was born.
