Should professional career welfare recipients be sterilized?

Are you tired of paying for other people's choices? Are you ready to let people live....or die with their choices? In NY a judge once tried to order a women to stop having children because we are tired of paying for the 6 children she already had...until the vile ACLU came to yet another welfare rescue. Please tell me your solutions. (even if its a solution you don't normally want to suggest)?
