Seniors, what are your thoughts on the ACLU?

I'm afraid the ACLU has evolved into a negative and politically correct union. I wish I could cite specific examples - I know they're out there. One circumstance was where a UPS delivery guy was let go 2 weeks before retirement and his pension after 22 years of employment. The ACLU had no interest in getting involved - apparently because this man was White. But when a minority or an immigrant shows up 4 days out of 20 for a new job, and is fired, the ACLU brings out the heavy artillery (money and lawyers) against the company.
