Right or wrong? I live in Ca and have a prescription for weed. My Dad?

My Dad accused me smoking in the house more than once only cause he saw the remains of a gutted swisher only to see me seconds later just outside the window with said swisher repacked with weed. Note: It is stated in the SB420 the designated smoking places which happen to be in residential and if it cant be residential a non operating vehicle. So I am now breaking the law be cause he has me smoking outside. After seeing me with the blunt, calls me in to show me the tobacco from the swisher, he accusing me of smoking inside more times after he caught me smoking in the bathroom. He then threatens to call the police to kick me out of his house. This is the second person in my family to **** me like that. What would a lawyer say? What would the ACLU say or do? What would you do? What should I do?
