I've been having weird back pain?

For the past couple years I get a pain in my lower right back, near my kidneys. It usually lasts about 3 hours, and occurs once in a while (maybe 2 times a month). it only hurts suring certain movements like when I get up, lean forward, or lean forward and move to one side, It hurts like crazy and I have to stop. Please note: There are no other symptoms when the pain occurs. Its happening again tonight, and I am curious as to what it is. Its a weird pain, like something is almost catching or pulled or something. It does not hurt to push on the area
