How many calories should I eat?

I was on weight watchers and lost a 100 pounds but to maintain I think it said 2400. I do alot of walking at work and do a exercise video. I eat about 2000 to 2400 in a day. On weekends I treat myself to whatever I want and don't count and have maintained for a year after I lost. Is this a healthy number to eat? Thanks
