Am I fat and why isn't anything working?

hey the best thing to do then is to also jog outside for about 20mins a day and go on a diet like eat oatmeal in the morning and drink skim milk eat more vegetables drink about 4 bottles of water and also not to eat after 7pm i know you will get hungry try this for a week and you will see results just like that. hope this help :)
